Covid-19 Operating Procedures

• Staff have been briefed on hygiene and safety protocols and social distancing practices.
• Masks that cover the nose and mouth are warm by all staff on the premises.
• Hand Sanitizer dispensers have been installed around the building for easy access to the staff and customers.
• All staff members have their temperatures checked before entering the premises in the morning.
• Safety Screens have been installed on the sales counter between sales staff and customers.
• Queuing markers have been installed to enforce social distancing at the sales counter.
• The sales counter and work surfaces are routinely sanitized every morning and throughout the day.

Customers must please adhere to these guidelines should they wish to purchase goods from us.

• Masks that cover the nose and mouth must be warn at all times on the premises.
• Customers must sanitize their hands upon entering the building, there is a dispenser available as you enter.
• Customers must adhere to social distancing protocols by maintaining adequate distance between other customers and employees.
• We have installed floor markers and screens in our sales area, please stand on a marker when queuing and behind a screen when talking to a salesman.
• If all the markers are occupied in the sales are we ask that customer kindly queue outside in an orderly fashion while maintaining adequate distance from other customers.
• In order to limit the amount of people in the building we kindly ask that only one person/representative per company at a time comes to the sales counter to place or collect an order.
